Rework Nuzlocke Death Handling

MR Description

  • Rework the Nuzlocke mode : Dead Pokémon aren't deleted anymore, they just cannot be revived by any mean.

Before testing

  • Prepare a Pokémon that can die easily (explosion, getting one shot)

Tests to realize

  • A KO'd Pokémon cannot be healed by the nurse
  • A KO'd Pokémon cannot be revived using a Revive-like item, both in battle and out of battle
  • A KO'd Pokémon cannot be revived by storing it into the PC
  • Wiping (full team KO'd) correctly sends the player to the PC Not available yet
