Towards a fix for #2581 (closed)

• change demo to create 3 scanners and 8 markers
• demo alternates bundle uploads between two scanners
• misc scan services shouldn't need user as an argument.
• scanner page should show who uploaded bundle
• scanner page should show all uploaded bundles? - decision required
  • cbm: it seems at least for now, we agree yes.
• if a different user tries to push / view etc another user's bundle - some sort of confirmation? - decision required
  • cbm: whatever happens right now is probably fine and an issue can be filed.
