live page rearranging should happen on the undo stack

We may gain live page manipulations from !1297 (merged) and !1768 (merged).

The following discussion from !1297 (merged) should be addressed:

  • @cbm755 started a discussion:

    only the actual objects movements are undoable (in bulk). It would be nice to put the actual page operations were also on the undo stack... Future work.

Following our current code, I guess we'd need new classes like PageRotateCommand, PageRmoveCommand etc.
