docs(learn): how to contribute a module to the hub

New Learn page learn/contribute/index.md, Contribute a Module to the Hub, listed under Learn and as a card on the Learn index: scaffold with plesty init, pass plesty check, ask for a repository under plesty/hub, push a branch and open a merge request into exp, then review, first release, and the module on hub.plesty.net and docs.plesty.net. Links the Contributor Guide and the existing Learn pages for each step.

To confirm before merging:

  • Step 3 tells contributors to ask for the repository by opening an issue in governance. No request process is written down anywhere; adjust if it should go elsewhere.
  • Step 4 assumes the new repository already has main and exp when it is handed over.

The bench's Hub menu link to this page is plesty-bench work. Local build: no new dead links.
