feat(docs): the sidebar logo is the PLESTY mark, without the wordmark

Module docs showed the wide logo with "plesty" beside it in the sidebar. The PO asked for the mark alone (Bench refinement milestone, row branding-and--onboarding), as plesty.net, the Hub and the Manager now show.

  • sphinx_builder.py: html_logo is plesty-mark.svg.
  • plesty-hub.css: the logo is fixed at 56 px; the Read the Docs theme otherwise stretches it to the sidebar width.

A module picks it up the next time its docs are built against a released SDK.
