feat(device)!: data paths are relative to the bench folder and reported from the share

Closes #59 (closed). Breaking, for 0.6.0 (not released yet).

  • A device takes DEVICE_DATA_ROOT, DEVICE_DATA_PATH and PLESTY_DATA from the bench when its module passes nothing.
  • set_data_path(path) takes a path inside the bench folder; absolute paths, drives and ~ are refused. It returns the folder relative to the share (platform-a/pol-pl/<run>/raw/cam).
  • Experiment.route(devices, names) replaces set_data_path(self.raw_dir, subdirs=True, ...); raw_file() records under what each device answered. raw_dir is <experiment root>/<run id>/raw.
  • Setup.device_environment() removed: the bench sets the device's folders (plesty-bench#20 (closed), #35 (closed)).

To migrate, pinned to lib exp: pow-pl, pol-pl, pl-image-scan (self.route(...) in setup()). Migration notes are in the CHANGELOG.
