Follow-up to !52 (merged), from the Windows test of #38 (closed) (item 4 failed).

  • Message bar: one line, cut at the edge, full text in the tooltip. A wrapped message showed only up to its first break ("plesty-amc300-").
  • A failed install quotes the last line the job wrote, not the bench's === exit 1 at … closing line. It reads the end of the log rather than its first chunk.
  • An uninstall from Hub ▸ Installed modules… reports in the main window as well as the dialog.
  • Add device… moves from Edit to the Device menu, as Add experiment… is in Experiment. Still Ctrl+N. Docs follow.

Not here, filed separately: #44 (closed) (--ref "(no branch)"), #45 (closed) (scanner retry reuses a half-made .venv).
