feat(bench): one Start-menu entry, update from Help, and an About that tells

One commit for #29 (closed).

  • Start menu (Windows): one entry, PLESTY Bench, plus its uninstaller. Installing over an older version removes PLESTY Bench console and Update PLESTY Bench.
  • Help > Check for updates…: shows the installed and newest versions. Update closes the app, asking first if anything is running. A helper outside the app's environment then installs the release (update.ps1 / update.sh), and an Updating PLESTY Bench window (Tk, bench colours) shows the progress. It offers to open the app or close when done.
  • Help > About: install kind and location, Python, the last update (versions, when, outcome, log) and a changelog link.
  • macOS: About stays in the Help menu, and the Help menu gets no search field.

Tested: Windows TEST installer 0.4.4.dev16, checklist passed. The update round was tested on macOS (0.4.2 to 0.4.3).
