fix: run table, run source, ended-run logs and one console per home (#31, #32, #28)

Bug batch for the 0.4 line, one commit per fix (no squash).

  • #31 (closed) — The run table now keeps up with runs being created and deleted. Each background refresh has at most one read in flight, and further requests are merged into the next read instead of queueing. New runs show at the top and are selected once their row appears.
  • #32 (closed) — Source now shows the version that recorded the run, taken from the run's journal. A run that hasn't started shows the installed version marked "(will run on)". A run with no recorded version says so.
  • #28 (closed) log — Opening a finished, aborted or stopped run shows the end of its log at once and never replays it. Earlier parts load as you scroll up.
  • #28 (closed) second copy — A bench home has only one console now: launching again brings the open window to the front instead of opening a second one.
  • test: the fleet-switch test waits for the fleet to load instead of a fixed 0.5 s; this was the flaky Windows job on the v0.4.3 tag.

Tested on macOS by the user: all four fixes, plus a full pol-pl demo run. plesty check passes, as do all 647 tests.

Closes nothing yet; the issues stay open until they are tested on Windows.
