beheer#11710 Add as member if profile fields matches

  • Group settings changes are tracked in AutoMemberProfileFieldAtGroup
  • When a user changes a profile field it is processed by AutoMemberProfileField
  • Only if the value changes - group-setting for groups, or the profile-field for onboarding or at the profile page - membership is altered.
  • The two classes are tested separately, and if it is used yes/no of the classes is tested in the api tests via mocking
