More Symmetry between Backends, better Documentation

The reference backend ParDiff should be more readable; it should pretty clearly explain the logic behind writing a backend, and should be approachable for people who want to implement their own backend, or audit an existing one.

This MR aims to add more documentation to both ParDiff, and the Snabbdom backends, and tries to make them a bit more symmetric.
