Literate haskell examples

This merge request does the following:

• creates a embedLhs function for embedding literate haskell files as Html
• uses HXT to process the html generated by pandoc for Lhs files, to make it better acquainted to the new website
• converts a handful of examples to literate haskell versions
• adds the examples directly in the new website
