Adjusting docs - index.html is not generated by GHCJS

The index.html referenced in the deleted sentence actually comes from etc/index.html; not generated by GHCjs.

Although, docs should be included for integrating / generating a custom index.html, possibly with shpadoinkle via renderStatic.
