use yamllint image from pipeline-components

Instead of using sdesbure:yamllint, let's use the yamllint image done by pipeline-components. It's more often updated and from the same team :)

PS: I'm the actual "maintainer" of sdesbure/yamllint and I believe your work is a lot better ;)
