Defconfig updates
requested to merge z3ntu/linux:pinephone-dontbeevil-5.1-rc7-defconfig into pinephone-dontbeevil-5.1-rc7
This moves the pinephone-config file to arch/arm64/configs/pinephone_defconfig, enabling one to run make pinephone_defconfig and getting this config as .config. It could of course be a minimal config but I think it's good for now (comment if you disagree ;) ).
