Import Mobian's patch set

Undef requested to merge undef1/linux:pine64-kernel-ppp-5.16.y into pine64-kernel-ppp-5.16.y

Initial patch set for the PPP.

These are taken directly from Mobian. Some examples for working with these patches:

  • Import the whole patch set into a new branch; gbp pq import
  • Export a given branch to patch files: gbp pq export

Obviously the debian directory is Debian specific. If we find a better tool to manage patches this is easily fixed.
