Improve magnetometer support for PinePhone.

I added a few patches to the af8133 driver and added mount-matrix into dtsi.
As I don't have access to datasheets, I cannot confirm that sign extension from u16 -> s32 is correct. Hence, this is marked as Draft. Other than that, I have tested general functionality with simple compass app and it works fine.
