pine64_defconfig: Enable ZRAM

Ivan J. requested to merge parazyd1/linux:pine64-kernel-5.7.y into pine64-kernel-5.7.y

This patch enables ZRAM as a module in pine64_defconfig. It is useful to have it for low-memory devices and it doesn't really bring in any overhead when not in use.
