arm64: dts: allwinner: pinephone add more brightness steps

Martijn Braam requested to merge pine64-kernel-brightness-5.6.y into pine64-kernel-5.6.y

This increases the number of brightness levels from 10 to 1024, allowing for smoother brightness transitions when using auto-brightness. It also sets the lowest brightness to just above the cut-off point where the brightness no longer works, so the brightness sliders in software don't go down to complete black anymore.
