Enable jack detection
This commit enables jack insertion detection so that automatic switching can be executed when plugging/unplugging the headphones/headset. Please see here for an example of working ucm file.
Additionally, pulseaudio needs 2 patches to properly handle port switching on the PinePhone, in order to:
- not switch profile if the active profile has been selected externally (sent upstream)
- use the correct port on a profile switch (probably not upstreamable as is)
