Enable internal bias resistor for the headset mic

Arnaud Ferraris requested to merge mobian1/devices/sunxi64-linux:internal-hbias-resistor into pine64-kernel-5.5.y

As the headset mic bias resistor (R811) is not populated on the PinePhone, we need to enable the internal resistor of the audio codec (analog part).

This MR adds the necessary support to enable this resistor, and enables it on the PinePhone so the headset mic actually becomes usable.
