Add license

This MR adds a license so that distributions that require one to redistribute firmware (such as Mobian) can package this firmware.

The license is Apache as stated in https://social.treehouse.systems/@carbonatedcaffeine/115038467483002011:

This has been mentioned a while ago, as stated the licensing is under Apache 2. They will not suffer consequences when included the BES Wifi/BT firmware

It turns out you were actually fine from the get-go as well, BES had agreed on the firmware reattribution by the time the hardware was released. So apologies that wasn't communicated earlier.
