test(integration): run propose and publish against Bitbucket Cloud

Spec 0030 (proving colophon on every forge): the Bitbucket Cloud leg.

  • Bumps forge-bitbucket to v0.18.0. v0.17.2 resolved the merged pull request to the 12-character hash Bitbucket returns, and publish then failed with "object not found" (forge-bitbucket#6). That commit carries a Release-Note.
  • Adds a bitbucket case against mattcockayne/colophon-e2e. Bitbucket has no release object (spec 0030 D10), so publish asserts ReleasesUnsupported instead of Released, and the lifecycle test skips it because Bitbucket does none of release, announce or label.

Run locally against the real repository with v0.18.0: TestProposeAgainstARealForge/bitbucket and TestPublishAgainstARealForge/bitbucket both pass, and the repository is left with only main and no tags.
