Added Edge requirements to TOC
Other fixes beyond the changelog (internal to the 3.2 dev process)
- Updated interface info for requirements now that item.system is working
- Fixed the migration misalignment on Legendary edges that start with "Wild Card" as a requirement
- Restructured requirements display on sheet to use a getter (edge.system.requirementString)
