Unsquish Trait Roll Modifiers

Changelog: [Breaking] Trait roll modifiers from active effects that ADD to trait.die.modifier no longer directly increase that value. Instead, they are saved in an array that is applied during the roll dialog, allowing you to see each modifier individually and toggle them with the Ignore checkbox
