Adds some flair to Benny chat messages

Added

  • Modifies benny chat message templates with benny image.

Fixed/Changed

  • Adds translation string for Joker's Wild.
  • Moves templating for initiative draw chat messages to an HBS file.
    • This new template has a conditional that allows for specific content if Joker's Wild is in play and the card is a joker. Currently, it simply says, "Joker's Wild" or whatever the translation is.
