change ./autogen.sh position for better readability
add Ubuntu package example for poppler to help newbies
add make uninstall to help newbies to uninstall pdfgrep when it is installed from the source code.

CONTRIBUTING

add ./configure CXXFLAGS="-g -O0" as it relevant to properly hack pdfgrep (a 0 optimization level avoid debugger from jumping over multiple lines)
