Changes:

channel "product catalog" is localized (en_US, fr_FR)
attribute "PRODUCT_DESCRIPTION" is localized (en_US, fr_FR)
in 7.xls and 8_1.xls column "PRODUCT_DESCRIPTION" has been transformed into two columns, with postfix corresponding to locale. The French product description values have received "FR " prefix.
