Store Discord Attachment URL

Jose V. Trigueros requested to merge discord-recording-url into master

When recordings are less than 8MB, pawa doesn't store the recording therefore there's no URL. This change stores Discord's CDN URL so that the user can later retrieve a recording if desired.
