Install extra packages needed for covr::gitlab()

Add additional coverage badge from gitlab docs

Remove pages dependencies and clean up yaml

Remove badge from readme

This needs to be done from the General settings of the repository.

Change to Rscript everywhere and remove duplicate step

Install package in every job to see if that helps

Put coverage output elsewhere because pkgdown borks
