Loading screen idea

Pros

• Without a ton of effort, it blends in well with the eventual app
• Looks nice, has an animation
• No dependencies

Cons

• Everything pertaining to it is in index.html. Clutters things up a bit
• Might get out of sync with future design work if we're not vigilant
