Improve content creation and editing

• Show a notfication when submitting a new content when an already entered answer has not been added
• Allow adding and deleting answer options of a MC and sort content while editing if there are no answers to this content yet
• Fix notifications for sort content creation
• Fix attachment data in edit mode
• Fix likert editing
