Switch to maintained package for Material icons and replace icon for archived contents

The official Google repository has not been maintained for years and is no longer providing updated NPM packages.

The WOFF2 variant of the new font has increased by ~40 KiB. The built CSS doesn't increase significantly (~1 KiB).

The icon for archived contents has been replaced. The all_inbox icon was already planned for use but not available in the outdated font. This change also is a PoC to show that the updated font is included correctly.
