Cleanup comment-list components

  • Only scroll to top after sorting manually, not by sorting by event like comment creation, patched etc.
  • Fix some minor issues in moderator-list like sorting, seaching
  • Fix a11y for receiving new comments
  • Remove unused code of moderator-list component
