Countdown timer improvements

Lukas Weingarten requested to merge 1284-countdown-timer-improvements into master

  1. Add delay buffer of 250 ms to countdown timer

  2. Show countdown timer progress visualization absolute to content duration

  3. Fix time for displaying countdown timer for active content in participant content carousel
