Fix switching to empty content groups

Lukas Weingarten requested to merge 1244-cannot-navigate-to-empty-series-via-nav-bar-menu into master

Set comments to empty list if there are no `contentIds` for the group. Also use `ngOnChanges` in `ContentGroupTitleComponent to listen for changes.

Also only show participants content group overview if there are contents in a group.
