Fix buffer color for creator statistics page progress bar
requested to merge 1129-creators-series-statistics-progress-bar-has-incorrect-buffer-color into master
- Use background color for buffer like for participant progress bars
- Remove light colors of red, yellow and green from themes which were only used for this buffer
