Draft: Improve UX for creators question series content list

Lukas Weingarten requested to merge 1117-highlight-locked-contents-instead-of-unlocked-ones into master

Use default background for unlocked contents and grey out locked ones. This provides a cleaner view for both situations, if there are locked contents and if no contents have been locked at all.

Also use stronger borders for start and end of published contents.

Furthermore prevent changing background on focus of items in creators series overview.
