Improve multiple rounds

Lukas Weingarten requested to merge 1112-improve-multiple-rounds into master

  1. Reload content in participants content carousel if round has been changed.

  2. Always display round selection in presentation control bar.

Even if second round hasn't been started it make sense to display round selection so that the presenter knows where to find it.
