Fix state detection in content carousel
requested to merge 1019-incorrect-routing-after-submitting-an-answer-and-direct-entry-through-url into master
Check state for detecting if last content has been answered just now too when check for content answer state. This is necessary to detect correct view in participants content carousel after answering last content.
This also fixes showing correct texts on series overview component after answering.
