Resolve "Prioritization results order"

  • Fix priotitization chart bar ordering for showing results directly
  • Reorder prioritization chart only if bar order has canged

Known minor issue: If bar order changes, the chart compares initial meta data (by chart creation) with new ones. So it could happen that bars are animated as well event if their position hasn't changed.
