Global user settings

Lukas Weingarten requested to merge 970-extend-user-account-by-room-specific-global-settings into master

Add new section to account view which contains user preferences. The following properties are moved from presentation control bar to this new section:

  • contentAnswersDirectlyBelowChart
  • contentVisualizationUnitPercent

Another flag showContentResultsDirectly is introduced to decide if content results should be shown directly when navigating trough contents in presentation mode.

Also cleanup user profile and use expansion panel to seperate multiple sections in this view. For this add a new component SettingsPanelHeaderComonent for customized panel header.
