Moderate text and wordcloud answers

Text content answers can now be deleted by creator. Also keywords of wordcloud content can be banned.
For this add new component AnswerListComponent which displays the answers in a list.
Creators have now the option to switch between wordcloud view and text list view for moderation. In question series overview they have an option for reset the banned keywords.
