Formatting toolbar for content creation

Lukas Weingarten requested to merge 901-formatting-toolbar-to-insert-markdown-code into master

Toolbar contains the following formatting options:

  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Bulleted list
  • Numbered list
  • Code
  • Link
  • Image

The toolbar options work with selected text or insert the formatting characters at the cursor position.

Use toolbar for content creation.

Also leanup content creation and do some minor refactoring:

  • Remove no longer used group selection which is always disabled
  • Get series name in content creation components itself
