Cleanup comment presentation component and send initial comment zoom
requested to merge 827-comment-presentation-zoom-is-reset-by-switching-to-other-feature-and-back-again into master
- Send initial comment zoom to presentation bar
- Cleanup comment presentation component which is no longer used as dialog and move the component out of the dialog folder
