Improve style for locked content notification

Daniel Gerhardt requested to merge improve-locked-content-notification-style into master

The locked content notification in presentation mode now has better visibility when it overlaps content.

Usually, the notification is below any content. But if there is a question with a lot of text or many long answer options, it will overlap and become hard to read.
