Results extracted from readsynth, which was in turn mostly autogenerated

Alex Greason modified collisrc.py for tighter integration with Shinjuku, and then ran transfer.py on the results thereof. These were uploaded via the submission box in Catagolue, which overloaded the submission queue. This commit contains the synthesis components that would have been uploaded to contrib.sjk had the request size not been exceeded.
