Describe the MR

Adds the response time (min, max, average over the last 10 measurements) to the Endpoint cards.

Why was this MR needed?

Clients are interested in the RTT of their websites.

Extra-care points?

The current implementation relies on the last 10 measurements only. This might be a little short — waiting for client feedback to change, if needed.
