Describe the MR

Uses the autostart feature of vue timers to register endpoint state polling callback.

Why was this MR needed?

A polling timer was registered every time a ListEndpoints call succeeded. This could lead to a stacking of timers when navigating.

Extra-care points?

Also extends the polling interval to 30 seconds in production mode.
