Implement login for Panto-watch

Describe the MR

Adds a login view for Panto•watch.

Also takes care of the following:

• creates zn architecture for discussing with the Panto API
• attempts to refresh token from cookie on authenticated request
• automatically redirects unauthenticated user to login
